Todd Williams and Eric Williams founded TCMC Commercial, LP to provide quality construction services to businesses and industries in Texas and Louisiana. Since our founding, TCMC Commercial, LP has continued to build a highly skilled team of construction management professionals. We measure our success by our ability to control the project schedule and budget while providing the highest construction quality and ensuring that the end product meets the client’s expectations.
Eric Williams, President
of TCMC Commercial, LP, has over 25 years of professional experience in commercial construction and civil engineering. Eric attended Texas A&M; University where he received a BS in Construction Management in 1992.
His experience in construction includes cost estimating/scheduling, bid administration, preparing contract documents, reviewing shop drawings/submittals, payment applications, project management and quality control/assurance for large retail developments, fuel centers, schools, and municipalities ranging from $500,000 to over $20,000,000 in value. His experience in civil engineering includes the design of site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and parking layout.
Eric is TRCC licensed to perform work in the State of Texas. He is licensed to perform work in the State of Louisiana. Eric also holds a SBCC General Contractor Certification in the State of Texas.
Eric resides in Nacogdoches, Texas, with his wife, Kim, and five daughters. Outside of the office, he enjoys golf, hunting, and spending time with his family and friends.
